Set on one single level, this space is open plan and cleverly designed, maximising the space. The apartment opens into the kitchen & living area. The kitchen is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything you need for your stay provided. The living area is open and light with beautiful vantage out to the tree lined street just outside our window. There’s also ample dining for 4 people. A full laundry is provided and cleaning products are complimentary for your stay. We’ve a desk space allowing you to work from home just off the living area. Our bathroom is luxurious and spacious and toiletries and towels are provided for your stay. The bathroom connects to the bedroom which offers a luxurious queen bed and quality linens for your stay. Fitted wardrobes are also available for your belongings. The bedroom features an alternative desk space if required. This apartment loops around and ends with the balcony area with comfortable quality sofas for you to relax on. The complex features a number of leisure additions including an outdoor lap pool and loungers, an indoor lap pool, 2 gyms and onsite restaurants. There is also a visitors car spot available for this stay. Street parking is also easy to find nearby.

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Events are not allowed. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are also prohibited. We have quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect my place like it's yours.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
