Welcome to Thomas our single story classic cottage. Our space features some of the unique character of a cottage, whilst a recent renovation has opened it up into a perfect spacious family retreat. Our office space with stand up desk is at the front of the cottage allowing for a quiet seperate space to focus if needed. The bedrooms are adjacent to one another down the long hallway. Both have comfortable beds and luxury linens and feature shutters to allow for well deserved lie in if needed! There is ample storage with a fitted wardrobe and hanging as well as chests of drawers and bedsides. The recently renovated bathroom is next to both bedrooms and features a full bath, shower, sink and toilet. All toiletries are provided for your comfort. As you follow the hall into the open plan living, take in the seperate zones for your convenience. A beautiful velvet antique dining set takes centre stage alongside the entertainers kitchen. Featuring everything one would need for a comfortable vacation, alongside luxury appliances and dishwasher. The breakfast bar serves as a seperate work zone or somewhere to kick back while you are making dinner. Our lounge area features a sound bar and Samsung smart TV. perfect for cosy evenings in. The living area is seamlessly connected to the outdoor space with a coffee table on the lawn or a more relaxing space for drinks on the patio. The washer and dryer are located on the deck in concealed cabinetry. Laundry liquid and all cleaning products are provided for your convenience.

Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Events are not allowed, and smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are also not allowed. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

Hey, I am Krystina! Welcome to my spaces. I move around a lot with my work so I love welcoming guests to come and enjoy one of my cozy homes! Come for a weekend, come for a month or more! As hosts in NSW are restricted in terms of their rentals to a max of 180 days, I also welcome stays of 21 days or over. This means I can keep hosting awesome guests like you!
