Situated on hillside acreage, chill out on the deck, feel the coastal breezes and listen to the birdlife while soaking up valley, lake and ocean views. There is bushland at the rear, rainforest tree boundaries, open grass areas and two orchards.

There is plenty of space to relax in all seasons with a BBQ, internal fireplace and outdoor firepit to enjoy. Or why not sample our home grown produce?

The 2 level home is central being within 10 minutes of five beaches and a lake, and a few minutes from shopping, clubs and restaurants.

– Upstairs master bedroom with queen bed. Has its own ensuite including a double shower, rain head shower and its own access to the north facing deck.
– Downstairs master bedroom with queen bed. Has its own ensuite and access to outside with north facing views. The queen size bed is modern and comfortable.
– Bedroom 3, which is upstairs, contains a comfy queen size bed and its own private access to the outside.
– Bedroom 4, also upstairs, has a king single bed and north facing views. There are plenty of games, toys and puzzles. There is also a sliding door between bedroom 4 & 5 to join the space together if so desired.
– Bedroom 5, also upstairs, has a cabin style bunk-bed and north facing views.
– Spacious upstairs main bathroom with a generous size bath, separate shower and double basins.
– Modern spacious quality kitchen with island bench and Miele appliances to enjoy preparing family feasts. The glass splashback reflects the outside scenery bringing the outdoors inside.
– Open plan kitchen, dining with 10 seater table and living room with fireplace, expansive views, access to deck and large built-in fireplace.
– Our favourite place to have a meal is on the deck utilising the 8 seater hardwood outdoor table.
– Also out on the deck is a BBQ with its own utensils to cook up a feast, overlooking great views.
-Downstairs has another living space to relax with TV, Futsal table, board games, lounges and chairs as well as two single sofa beds.
-Downstairs has a complete laundry with washing machine and dryer.
