Valid identification must be presented on arrival together with proof of payment or your service agreement. It is expected that, at all times, our guests will behave in an appropriate manner. Any damage that occurs as a result of inappropriate or reckless behaviour will be the responsibility of the guest, including the payment of any associated penalties or charges for repair. Accommodation is not to be used for any unlawful purpose with strict NO PARTY policy applicable and any misconduct against staff, other guest or property will result in eviction from U City. Any monies, valuables and vehicles parked at U City will remain your responsibility and U City takes no responsibility and is absolved of any claim for damage or loss regardless of how and where the loss or damage occurred. Any activation of fire alarm resulting in the call out and attendance of the Fire Department during your period of use will be your financial responsibility. All areas of U City are non-smoking and should this policy not be observed a breach will result in a penalty up to the maximum amount of $250 per offence. Animals are not permitted at U City, with the exception of assistive animals. Full housekeeping service mandatory every 3 days. Cancellation is subject to terms and penalties agreed to at the time of booking and all cancellations are required in writing to U City.
