    About Yalloak House, Riverfront Farmhouse at Birregurra

    Nestled on the banks of the Barwon River, Yalloak House sits on a working family farm.

    It’s location is secluded, you will have complete privacy, all only 5 minutes drive from the Birregurra township.

    Soak in our outdoor bath as you drink in the views of the Otways, or settle in by the fire in the cosy but spacious living room.

    Cook a feast in the fully appointed kitchen, our dining table seats ten. Yalloak sleeps eight – two king rooms and two queen rooms.

    We are located close by to Brae Restaurant (5 minutes drive), Birregurra Township, and the Great Ocean Road (a comfortable half hour drive from Lorne). Melbourne is 90 minutes drive away.

    * No parties or events. No bridal parties unless pre-arranged. A surcharge applies. * No smoking. * Commercial photoshoots or filming are invoiced separately and must be pre-arranged. * Dogs are brought at your own risk and must be supervised. Please don’t let leave them unattended or let them chase livestock. You will be liable for any damage or livestock losses caused by your dog. * No fires in bedrooms please. No fires in outdoor fire pit Nov-May (fire restriction period according to local laws). * Please don’t rearrange furniture, especially beds and couches. * Maximum of eight people on the property, with all guests booked. * Only booked guests may attend the property without prior permission from hosts. * We don’t recommend charging your EV here due to our old wiring. If you choose to do so (at your own risk) we’d appreciate a contribution to our power bill - payment details are in the notes at the house. There are several public charge points available in Colac, about 20 minutes away.

    Cancellation

    Flexible - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 24 hours before their scheduled arrival date. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
