Please treat our property with respect and care during your stay.
-No visitors are allowed on the property. Due to our insurances the property is for guests only.
-Please drive slowly, the gravel roads can be slippery and dangerous.
-Sorry, no pets or children are permitted.
-We ask you to be quiet from 9pm - 8am no loud music after 9pm please.
-We have Electric Fences in front of and around the cottage. Please DONT touch them.
-Please don't enter any paddock with cattle or bulls in them.
-Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. If you wish to smoke outside please dispose of ash and butts in the bin by the shed and keep doors and windows closed.
-Please remove shoes when inside the cottage.
-Please don't leave exterior lights on if not needed it attracts bugs into the cottage.
Cancellation
Firm - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

We purchased the property in 2016. What began as a search for 5 acres with a new house, somehow evolved into 180 acres with an old Settlers Cottage and a farm that needed some work.
Our vision from the very beginning was to create a space for people to come and lose track of time, unwind, reflect and reconnect in a natural landscape.
We are so proud of what we have achieved and we cant wait to welcome you to enjoy the experience at 8 Paddocks.
