Pets are not allowed

We have a portacot and highchair at the home, however, we do not provide the linen for the portacot. Please BYO! Check-in details will be sent either the night before checking in or the morning of check-in for security reasons. We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets. If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay! The driveway from the street is steep and all low/lowrider car models as well as Tesla model 3 should be careful when driving down.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
