House Rules To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful and safe stay, please observe the following: No smoking or vaping indoors No loud music Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM Strictly no parties or events No additional guests without prior approval from management No candles or open flames permitted indoors Dogs are welcome at King Parrot and inside your cottage – however, they are strictly not allowed on furniture or in beds Dogs must be kept on a leash around the cottages – for the comfort of other guests and the safety of local wildlife and our farm animals Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
