CANCELLATION POLICIES: * No refund if booked within 30 days of check-in. * Full refund if canceled within 7 days of booking (unless within 30 days of check-in). * 50% refund (plus cleaning fee) if canceled after 7 days from booking (not applicable if within 30 days of check-in). * No refund if canceled within 48 hours of check-in.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
