Flagstaff Estate is a luxury escape just 8 minutes from Hobart, set on 10 acres of private bushland. With room for up to 19 guests, it’s perfect for large family or group getaways. You’ll enjoy an indoor heated pool, private hot tub, tennis court, and plenty of space to relax or explore.

The house features 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. There’s a huge lounge with streaming options like Netflix and YouTube Premium, and a cosy woodfire for winter evenings. Outside, enjoy BBQs on the covered deck or head next door to the Meehan Ranges for hiking and mountain biking.

You’ll have full access to the top level of the house, the pool, hot tub, tennis court, and outdoor entertaining area. Our onsite caretaker lives in a separate, private space below, so your stay remains completely private.

We’re also pet-friendly! Just let us know in advance, there’s a small pet fee of $150 per booking and a few simple house rules to protect local wildlife and keep the home tidy.
