Nestled in the treetops above Launceston’s iconic Cataract Gorge, this home is spacious, light-filled and designed for gathering, relaxing, and feeling right at home.

With four bedrooms and five beds, the house sleeps eight comfortably. The master suite has a walk-in robe and double ensuite, a second queen bedroom offers a private ensuite downstairs, plus a third queen room and a double king single room are perfect for family or friends.

Multiple living spaces mean everyone has room to spread out, while the large entertainer’s kitchen and walk-in butler’s pantry make cooking and coming together feel easy. Open the doors to decks front and back to enjoy the fresh air, leafy views, and effortless indoor/outdoor dining.

There’s a dedicated home office for work trips or working holidays, a main bathroom with bath, and zoned heating and cooling to keep you comfortable in every season. The property has a flight of stairs upon entering. There is no lift access, so the space may not be suitable for those with mobility restrictions.

Two private garage car spaces are included as well as option to park additional cars in the driveway.

Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 14 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 7 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
