Mulgrave Street Cottage - renovated comfort

Our renovated cottage will delight you from the moment you arrive. Perfect for families and groups of friends, our three bedroom and two bathroom home is a short drive to Launceston's CBD and is the perfect base to explore Northern Tasmania. Relax on the deck, with views over the city and hills and enjoy the convenience of off-street parking.

Our three bedroom, two bathroom home is yours to enjoy. It has been cleverly renovated and beautifully styled to ensure your comfort. The large, open-plan kitchen and living area contains everything you will need to whip up a delicious meal, without missing out on time spent with friends. The living room is the perfect spot to relax on the luxurious leather couches, in front of the electric fireplace. The home has centrally ducted heating and cooling as well as unlimited Wi-Fi.

Each bedroom contains blinds and sheer curtains for privacy. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with heated towel racks, and a walk in closet. Bedroom Two and Three have built in cupboards for your convenience. Please note that bedroom three contains a king single and a trundle bed (only available on request).

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer as well as a small mudroom.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay.

Located in South Launceston, we are just a few minute's walk from the Launceston General Hospital, local shops and the Charles Street café scene. The cottage is close to parks including a dog park and is located in a leafy suburb, with many beautiful gardens.

We have parking available and there is also some on-street parking. Launceston has a free bus service which services the city centre (Tiger Bus) as well as regular bus services to further afield. The nearest bus stop is a short walk from the cottage.

The trundle bed in Bedroom Three, highchair and travel cot are only available on request. Please ensure you let us know at the time of booking if you require any of our available extras.
