Bathroom 1 - An ensuite to bedroom 1, the bathroom has a large spa bath with rainfall shower head above. 

Bathroom 2 - Jack and jill bathroom (accessible from hallway and bedroom 2). Includes large walk in shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is also in here (euro set up). 

Lounge/dining/kitchen - Lounge with smart tv (byo accounts), games and books to enjoy. Sweeping ocean views. Open plan concept, with dining table seating up to 6 guests comfortably. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, breakfast bar and gorgeous views. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, nespresso pod machine, microwave and double sink. 
Large sliding doors stack back for commanding access to the large deck which stands over the oceanfront of Bicheno coastline. 

Outside there is a large deck with sun loungers and couch, perfect to admire the views. A BBQ is provided. 
The driveway is steep, however wide and able to be navigated by most. Alternative parking is available. The steps to the property are also flagged as fairly steep so the property isn't considered accessible for all.
