If you love peace, art & nature, this is the place to stay. A creative, light filled, open plan retreat in architect designed home. The studio is at the front of the property with private entrance & keypad entry. Surrounded by a native garden in a quiet neighborhood. Comfy queen bed, kitchenette, chaise sofa & beautiful green tiled bathroom with barn door. Art by your host Mark & other local artist friends adorn the walls. Approx a 2 min drive or 20 min walk to shops, cafes & river beach.

Pets are not allowed

Although our studio is separate, it is at the front of our home but blocked off by an internal wall, with totally private access from the street. There are 3 steps up into the studio but no steps inside. The studio is fenced off from our home and driveway. We make every attempt to minimise noise, but you may hear occasional daily living and neighborhood sounds. Having stayed in many bnbs ourselves, we value the importance of privacy and seclusion for our guests.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.

I work in health and love people, animals and nature and always strive to be kind, generous, and caring to others. Mark is a professional Artist who of course loves art, nature, surfing and the great outdoors.
