Security Deposit (Pre-Auth Bond): Covers damages, excessive noise complaints, or disturbances to other guests. Fully refunded if the property is left in good condition. 6. Guest Verification: A simple process requiring: - Government-issued ID - Contact confirmation - Matching credit card (if needed) - Signed rental agreement 7. Deposit Policy: - Bookings 14+ days in advance: + 50% due 30 days before arrival + Remaining 50% due 14 days before check-in - Studio apartments: + 20% due 14 days before arrival + Balance due 5 days before check-in - Strong Farmers Estate: + $500 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours + 50% due 60 days before arrival + Balance due 30 days before check-in - Bookings within 14 days of arrival: Full payment required at booking. 8. Cancellation Policy: - 31+ days before check-in: 100% refund (minus 3% admin fee). - 14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund (minus admin fees), full cleaning fee refunded. - Within 14 days: Only the cleaning fee is refunded. - Strong Farmers Estate: + $500 deposit is non-refundable. + 31+ days before check-in: 50% refund (minus deposit & 3% admin fee). + Within 30 days: Only the cleaning fee is refunded.
