* Summary of House Rules & Policies: - No smoking, parties, or pets allowed. - Max 6 guests. Sofa bed available upon request (extra $140). - Day visitors allowed (max 3), with prior approval. - Quiet hours after 9 pm. Respectful behavior required at all times. - Only registered guests allowed unless written permission is granted. - Short Term Rental Agreement required upon booking. - Security held via Pre-Authorization form (no deposit). - $500 fine applies for smoking violations. - Check-in after 3 pm, check-out by 10 am. Early/late changes may incur fees. - Date changes allowed only if check-in is more than 1 month away, subject to approval and possible surcharge. * Cancellation Policy: - No refund if booked within 30 days of check-in. - Full refund if canceled within 7 days of booking (unless within 30 days of check-in). - 50% refund (plus cleaning fee) if canceled after 7 days from booking (not applicable if within 30 days of check-in). - No refund if canceled within 48 hours of check-in.

Ultra Strict - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 30 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 30 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the booking fee. If 14 days or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
