Please note that no parties or events are allowed. In keeping with the peaceful character of the neighbourhood, outdoor quiet hours begin at 9 PM, and loud music or noise outside is not permitted. The maximum number of adults is 8, unless otherwise approved.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across both dwellings. The main house includes three spacious bedrooms - two with king beds, and one with a queen and two singles - plus a sofa bed. The self-contained studio features a king bed and a sofa bed, perfect for an extra adult or two small children. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas provide plenty of room for group meals, relaxation, and entertainment.

This retreat is ideal for multi-generational families or groups of friends. Children will love the trampoline, cubby with sandpit, climbing wall, and monkey bars, while adults can unwind under the trees or enjoy a peaceful coffee in the studio. Couples will appreciate the privacy of separate sleeping spaces paired with communal areas to gather and connect.

The property is built with sustainability in mind, featuring a 5kW solar system, rainwater tanks, and passive solar design to keep the home comfortable all year round. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is perfect for indoor feasts, while the outdoor area includes a pizza oven, Weber BBQ, and wok burner for al fresco meals. A private gym allows you to stay active, and the expansive gardens with hammocks offer a perfect place to slow down and soak in the serenity.

Fast satellite internet is available throughout the property, and EV charging is on-site, with parking for five or more vehicles. Although caretakers reside in separate and secluded accommodation at the rear of the property, you’ll have your own private acre to enjoy. Landscaping is focused on the front acre for guests' use.
