The home features a bright, open-plan living area with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and surrounding grape vines. The gourmet kitchen, fully stocked with quality appliances and essentials, flows seamlessly into the dining and lounge spaces, perfect for shared meals and casual evenings.

Three thoughtfully styled bedrooms offer comfort and rest, including a master with ensuite and a second bedroom with a plush king bed. Please note: no parties or events are permitted, and quiet outdoor hours begin at 9pm to respect the peaceful character of the neighborhood. The maximum guest capacity is six adults unless otherwise arranged.
