Welcome to Vera my mid century retreat, located at Dolls Point, which is a beautiful (and secret) Sydney beach locale. My place has been thoughtfully designed to aid relaxation and is the perfect spot for exploring Sydney. Vera is accessible to the CBD by car in 25 minutes and there is parking provided. * Pets allowed. * Quiet hours: from 11PM to 7AM. * No parties or events. No smoking. * Commercial photography allowed. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Please let us know if there were any accidental damages, spillages, or stains during your stay. This helps us address them promptly and ensure everything is ready for the next guest.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
