Each of the three well-appointed bedrooms (king, queen, and double) is designed for comfort, complete with ceiling fans and built-in storage. The home also includes a full-size bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC, plus washer/dryer facilities for added convenience. Entertainment is covered with a Smart TV, WiFi, and Foxtel access (BYO login), while thoughtful touches like beach towels, a starter essentials pack, and off-street gated parking ensure a seamless stay.

For your stay, please note the following important details: - Security & Monitoring: Active exterior cameras monitor the carport, courtyard, and side access for security. - Consumables: We provide essential supplies, including toilet rolls, for an average-length stay. Guests on longer stays may need to purchase additional items. - Foxtel Access: Guests must log in with their own account. 1. Stays & Housekeeping: - Long Stays (21+ Nights): A mid-stay cleaning is required. We will notify you in advance. - Cleaning & Damages: Standard departure cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, or damages may result in additional charges. - Bins: Guests staying on weekdays should place bins on the front footpath by 6 PM on Monday and return them after collection on Tuesday. If bins are not put out, the owners may access the carport to manage waste collection. 2. Air Conditioning & Comfort The property features a split system R/C air conditioner in the hallway near the two main bedrooms. Additionally, two portable evaporative air conditioners are available for extra cooling on hot days. 3. Pets House-trained pets are welcome by request, with an additional pet stay fee. Guests must clean up after their pets, ensure they stay off soft furnishings/beds, and not leave them unattended for extended periods. Please discuss pet arrangements before booking. 4. Keys & Lockouts - Lost/unreturned keys: Up to $250 replacement fee. - Lockouts requiring a locksmith: Guests cover the cost. 5. Security Deposit & Guest Verification - A pre-authorized security deposit covers damages, noise complaints, or disturbances. It is fully refunded if the property is left in good condition. - Guest verification requires government-issued ID, contact confirmation, a matching credit card (if needed), and a signed rental agreement. 6. Payment & Cancellation Policies - Deposits & Payments: Vary based on booking type and timing. Full payment is required for bookings within 14 days of arrival. - Cancellations: Refunds depend on the cancellation window. Bookings canceled 31+ days before check-in receive a full refund (minus a 3% admin fee). Within 14 days, only the cleaning fee is refunded.
