Tucked beside leafy O’Dea Reserve, The Denison is a stylish two-bedroom terrace offering a peaceful escape close to Newtown, Camperdown, RPA Hospital, and Sydney Uni. With a home office, a bright living space, and a backyard overlooking the park, it’s ideal for professionals, students, or anyone after a quiet stay in the inner west.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms - one with a queen bed, the other with a double and TV - plus a cozy office with a desk, monitor, electric piano, and bookshelf. The open-plan lounge and dining area is perfect for relaxing with Netflix, music, or shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a main bathroom and separate powder room.

Step out onto the private deck to enjoy views of the park - perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Pet-friendly and full of charm, The Denison blends inner-city living with homely comfort. Guests have full access to the house and yard.

* Please note I have neighbours on either side and ask that guests are mindful of this, particularly in relation to noise. Quiet hours: 9 PM - 7 AM. * For parking, there is free all day parking in the street at back of the house -Ross Street. * Pets are allowed. * No parties or events. No commercial photography. No smoking. * Please let us know if there were any accidental damages, spillages, or stains during your stay. This helps us address them promptly and ensure everything is ready for the next guest. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. This amount will be fully refunded after your stay, provided there is no damage to the property, missing items, or excessive cleaning required.

Moderate - Full refund given if a guest cancels more than 5 days before their scheduled arrival date. If 5 days or less notice is given, the host retains 50% of the full booking fee. If 24 hours or less notice is given, the host retains the full booking fee.
